"xxxxxxx took herself out of her comfort zone to do this and at one point during the training I thought she was going to quit but it was the pep talks with Mr Armand that helped her through. The final pep talk with him on Friday was the one that pushed her through the final event. She said to me last night 'he told me I was more than capable and I really was.' she is already talking about doing the 45 next year."
